Join us May 5-8 at the beautiful Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center for New York's premier procurement event of the year.

- Active Member Registration: $195
- Non-Member Registration: $250
- Non-Member Registration + 2026 SAMPO membership: $270 (Purchasing this ticket gives you SAMPO membership for 2026)
- Wednesday Night Boat Cruise Ticket for Nonmembers and Guests: $75 (FREE for SAMPO Members/Conference Attendees) - Register Here

**Scholarship recipients: Please contact Scholarship Chair Nina Wells (nwells1@chemungcountyny.gov) if you wish to use your SAMPO scholarship towards conference registration.

instructions for registering a group of people:
- If you ARE planning to attend and wish to sign up yourself + your staff members: Click +1 next to next to "SAMPO Member (register yourself)" AND + the number of people you are signing up next to "SAMPO Members (register other members)"
- If you ARE NOT attending but wish to register a group of others: Select "SAMPO Members (register other members)" and enter the number of people attending.
- In either case, you will enter the names of each of your staff members on the next step. Click "Select Member" and then search the last name of the staff person, select them from the list, and proceed to do that same thing for the remaining members.
- Complete your registration like normal. Once you get to the payment page, you can download your invoice, pay right there with a credit card, or hit "pay later" if you prefer to send a check. You can view your open invoice from your membership profile at any time if you want to pay later.
