The Annual SAMPO Conference Vendor Exhibition will be held from May 6th through May 7th at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center, 48 Canada Street, Lake George, NY. (Set up May 6th along with a meet & greet).

The conference will include various educational programs and networking opportunities for the members of our organization. An important part of our conferences is the Vendor Expo Area; vendors enjoy an opportunity to showcase their products and services and make valuable contacts with public procurement representatives. Buyers, managers and decision-makers will be in attendance seeking new resources, new ways to reduce costs, and suppliers they can rely on.
Unlike many conferences, vendors are not placed “in another room out of sight” - our vendors are invited to join our members for breakfast and lunch on the day of exhibition also our general session and a vendor class! Maybe even join us on the Dinner Cruise!
Typical attendance at these events is approximately 100 – 120 Purchasing and Business Officials from Towns, Counties, Cities, and School Districts across New York State.
Platinum Sponsorship (Booths are SOLD OUT!) - $ 1,950 – Premier location, 5 minutes of talk time at the SAMPO lunch, thumb drive with all 700+ SAMPO members and printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives.
Gold Sponsorship Booth (Only 3 Booths Left!) - $1,200 – Prime location, 2 minutes of talk time at the SAMPO lunch, email list of all attendees at the conference and printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives.
Regular Booth - $900 – Great location, printout of all attendees at the conference. Includes two booth representatives.
In addition to any Vendor Booth sales, SAMPO has other sponsorship opportunities. Vendor’s may sponsor part or all of the following:
- Refreshment Breaks - $300 (2)
- Breakfasts or Lunches - $500 (4)
- Banquet - $750.00 (1)
- Meet & Greet - $750 (1)
- Keynote Speaker - $ 1,000 (1)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- Electricity and boat cruise tickets may be purchased here along with your booth registration. If you already registered as a vendor and need to add electricity or a boat cruise ticket after the fact, please select the option "Add Ons (only for those who have already registered)."
- All sponsorship levels come with two booth reps. There is a $100 charge for each additional booth rep after that. Additional booth reps can be purchased at the time of initial registration or through the "Add Ons" option after the fact.
- To book hotel accommodations, please call the hotel directly and ask for the SAMPO room rate: (518) 668-3081
- If you wish to be a sponsor but do not need a booth, you can still register for any of the three sponsorship opportunities. Please write a note with your registration indicating that you do not need a booth.
