Presenter Bio: Terry McKee brings 38 years of public procurement experience across municipal, school district, and housing authority sectors, alongside 30 years as a national and international consultant for NIGP. A holder of multiple top industry credentials—Terry earned his MPA from the University of Tennessee and has served as a subject matter expert for core NIGP curriculum. Over his distinguished career, he has received numerous top honors, including NIGP’s National Purchasing Manager of the Year (2017), the Distinguished Service Award (2022), and the NIGP Integrity Award (2025). He resides in Rockford, Tennessee, with his wife of 41 years, Nancy.
