Presenter Bio: 
Carrie has over 25 years of public procurement experience, currently serving as the Chief Procurement Official for Orange County Government (Florida).

Carrie has obtained numerous professional certifications from NIGP, UPPCC, ISM and NCMA.  Carrie holds a Master in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida and is proud to be a Fellow of NIGP.

Carrie currently serves on the Board of the National Procurement Institute as the AEP Officer.  She has served as Chair of the Governing Board for NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement, Past President of the Florida Association of Public Procurement Officials, and the Central Florida Chapter of NIGP.
