JOIN OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE!


The Annual SAMPO Conference Vendor Exhibition will be held from May 5-6 at the Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center, 48 Canada Street, Lake George, NY.  (Set up May 5 along with a Cinco de Mayo Meet & Greet).


The conference will include various educational programs and networking opportunities for the members of our organization. An important part of our conferences is the Vendor Expo Area; vendors enjoy an opportunity to showcase their products and services and make valuable contacts with public procurement representatives. Buyers, managers and decision-makers will be in attendance seeking new resources, new ways to reduce costs, and suppliers they can rely on.

Unlike many conferences, vendors are not placed “in another room out of sight” - our vendors are invited to join our members for breakfast and lunch on the day of exhibition also our general session and a vendor class!  Maybe even join us on the Dinner Cruise!

Typical attendance at these events is approximately 100 – 120 Purchasing and Business Officials from Towns, Counties, Cities, and School Districts across New York State.

Registration details


  1. When registering, select either the Platinum, Gold, or Regular booth option as your primary form of registration.
  2. From there, you can add any additional selections such as electricity, extra booth reps, sponsorship opportunities, or a ticket for the Wednesday Boat Cruise Dinner. 
  3. Enter in the names of your booth reps and your booth number preferences.
  4. Complete your registration details and select your payment option. There is also an option to download your invoice.

frequently asked questions


"I already completed my registration, but I need to purchase Electricity / Boat Cruise Ticket / Sponsorship opportunity."

  • To purchase electricity ($50) or a sponsorship opportunity, please select the option "Add Ons (only for those who have already registered)" and add the item(s) to your cart. You can put "NA" in all the required question spots since you already registered.
  • Boat Cruise tickets ($125) can be purchased through the same process as above OR by Registering Here.
"How many booth reps can we bring?"
  • All sponsorship levels come with two booth reps. There is a $100 charge for each additional booth rep after that. Additional booth reps can be purchased at the time of initial registration or through the "Add Ons" option after the fact.
"I cannot attend the show, but would still like to sponsor/support"
  • If you wish to be a sponsor but do not need a booth, you can still register for any of the sponsorship opportunities using the "Add Ons" option. Please write a note with your registration indicating that you do not need a booth.




Booth Assignments


Booth assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis.  When registering, please indicate your top 3 booth location preferences in your sponsorship level.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but assignments may change based on venue requirements.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Exhibitor shall result in an assessment covering the reassignment of space and other damages related to cancellation, according to the following schedule:

•Through April 5, 2026 there will be no cancellation fee of total booth rental fee
•After April 5, 2026 and through April 23, 2026 there will be a 50% cancellation of total booth rental fee
•Anytime after April 23, 2026, exhibitor will be responsible for 100% of the total rental booth fee

SAMPO must receive written notification of the cancellation. The date the cancellation notice is received by SAMPO will determine the above assessment charges. In the event of cancellation of space by an exhibitor, SAMPO reserves the right to reassign canceled booth space, regardless of the cancellation assessment. Subsequent reassignment of canceled space does not relieve the canceling exhibitor of the obligation to pay the cancellation. Appropriate payment must be received within 15 days of cancellation.

Force Majeure: Exhibitor shall not be held responsible for any cancellation due to acts of public enemies, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, or any other acts not within the control of the Exhibitor which result in Exhibitor cancelling the conference. SAMPO will provide a refund or apply funds to a future conference, as agreed by SAMPO and the Exhibitor. In the event SAMPO does not cancel the conference due to the Force Majeure event, the SAMPO Board will determine if any cancellation fees apply.
